Either the UK could not give a damn about Thailand,s alert as it is clearly so pathetic or the Thai government does not want to ACTUALLY arrest them. I think it's the second reason makes more sense. Last I heard Interpol had requested more info before they would issue the notice. They will never issue any notice if they believe the charge to be politically motivated, and self imposed governments who overthrew democracy and seek to imprison the last democratically elected leader are obviously going to raise suspicion at Interpol. She probably has the best bodyguards in the world working for her. Maybe not but with a net worth over 1 billion she is definitely at risk without them so my bet is get too close and you will be politely but firmly intercepted.
