I entered through suvarnabhumi airport last week with a non-b visa,  and i did not pay attention that the immigration officer just gave me 2 months stay which should be 3 months...should i go back to  suvarnabhumi airport immigration to ask them correct it or any immigration office in town can do it?  Thanks for any suggestions.

Go to your local immigration office to correct it.

You could go to a immigration office to get it corrected.

If in Bangkok the Chaeng Wattana immigration office has a desk just for correcting the stamping errors.

This has happened to me twice before.  The first time, like you, i didn't notice and had to go to the nearest immigration office in to fix it.  The second time I caught the mistake at the Immigration counter in Suvarnabhumi and had it corrected there and then.

Always advisable to check your stamp, they can easily make mistakes.

Happened to me last October. Just saw the wrong stamp a day before I went to immigration for visa extension.

I didn't say anything to the officer and he didn't notice the wrong stamp, so it seems the date was correct in the system.:whistling:
