Documents Required - Certificate of Residence - ChaengWattana

What documents, apart from the completed application form, are required to get a certificate of residence from Chaengwattana?

 

(I don't have the receipt from my last 90 day report since I mailed it off with my current 90 day report.  Is that going to be an issue?)

They do not ask for much more than your passport and proof you are doing 90 day reports to them. If not doing 90 day reports they will not do one.

Form: Application For Certificate Of Residency

After paying the 200 baht fee it will be sent to you in about 3 weeks by EMS.

Copies of the photo page and extension stamp. 

Also 2 photos.
