  • Go Trump - Full speed ahead.

  • Absolutely YES and a second term, if not President Trump then VP Pence for the second term.   The economy is doing well and Supreme Court choices to date are making America great again.

  • Trump will finish the term. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

PT has been chastised by many for his aggressive talk on tariffs .He has a knack for making deals and bringing countries to the negotiating table ,such as North Korea. I must give credit despite you trying to tell me what to bother about.

Hey, guys, look! :partytime2:

It's our good friend Randy Rainbow with his ever so amusing musical musings on the star of the world, the "trump."

NK hasn't actually met yet.

Their idea of denucleazation is totally different than the U.S. view.

Again, don't be absurd and celebrate "accomplishments" before they happen.
If all NK does is meet and nothing is agreed to, NK wins as Kim gets to be seen as an equal.

I stand by my opinion .PT has been chastised by many for his aggressive talk on tariffs .He has a knack for making deals and bringing countries to the negotiating table ,such as North Korea. But, but, but....Clinton!  And rather fanciful Clinton stuff at that.  The Clintons are the most investigated first family in history.  With the exception of Bill Clinton lying about a BJ, there have been no charges and no out of court settlements.

In other words, you are spreading unsubstantiated accusations.  You don't want to make this thread about accusations, accusations against Trump are endless.

Just think about how much more clout he would have going into these negotiaions if he had allies, especially those with a keen interest in checking China's influence.  Those in danger of being overwhelmed by China, those close to China.  Something like a Trans-Pacific Partnership.  Too bad we don't have a leader with such foresight and negotiating skills.

China has massive industrial over capacity. Every trade deal we have signed is disadvantageous to the American populous. It is inconceivable that any president that even tried to gain even somewhat more favorable terms would not be successful in that endeavour. I do not understand peoples resistance to this campaign to level the trade playing field, just as I never understood their acceptance of the one sided agreements to start with.

I think it has to do with their misunderstanding of economics. They believe the econonomic theory the party and the nedia tell them not knowing that's all bullshit. Keynes would be spinning in his grave if he lived to see what had been done in his name. Almost the exact opposite of what he espoused while alive.

Do you understand the need for like minded allies and cooperation in dealing with China?

Other than the countries that China can steamroll with either their economic or military clout, which Asia Pacific countries are not like minded allies of the US? Korea? Japan? Vietnam? Australia? India? We have security and trade relationships with all these countries. Some long term, some developing. A "one size fits all" trade agreement just doesn't work as each of these nations has very specific trade and security issues, not only with China but sometimes each other. Also bear in mind, while these countries are our allies we also compete against them for trade.

Well, here we are folks.

Getting really close (possibly to probably) to impeachable offenses of the "president" coming to light.

This is getting very real.

"trump" knows it even if some of his supporters are in deep denial.

That doesn't mean he will be impeached (that's a political process) and/or convicted because of the impeachable offenses (also a political process) but assuming the impeachable offenses come to light, whether "trump" fires Mueller or not, we'll be entering a new phase in this totally unprecedented HOT MESS of a so called presidency.

We’ve seen this movie before. It ended with impeachment.

...

It has been observed that most movies end with a repetition or variation of the opening scene. Increasingly, this plot seems to be foreshadowing a day when Trump, exposed and possibly impeached, is shown going back up the down escalator — alone, perhaps, but glad to be home.

Anything other than "one size fits all" trade agreements allow countries to restrict imports with petty requirements--font size on labels, packaging requirements, etc. This is especially effective for small countries that want to restrict imports, and especially hard on small businesses that want to export.  Uniform standards facilitate trade.

Collective action will be much more effective in restraining China and fighting one-sided trading requirements such as "sharing" of intellectual property.  Or it would have been, if Trump hadn't pulled out of the TPP.

Not only do I want him to finish his first term I'd like him to win a second term.

Not a "great" president in the vein of obama etc who only talk great.

Everything he's doing he said he was going to do.

He said he was going to bring it to China and he brought it.

I like it when a Prez takes action to keep his promises.

The rats are all jumping off the sinking ship that is the Trump administration.

The number of politicians now no longer seeking re-election is unprecedented. This is how congressmen and Senators actually say "I don't want to be part of this anymore" and it is how they will try and save their name should they seek another political elected position.

Speaker Paul Ryan Will Not Seek Re-Election in November

Mr. Ryan’s retirement will kick off a succession battle for the leadership of the House Republican Conference, likely between the House majority leader, Kevin McCarthy of California, and the House majority whip, Steve Scalise of Louisiana.

It could also trigger another wave of retirements among Republicans not eager to face angry voters in the fall and taking their cue from Mr. Ryan.

Are Trump supporters getting tired of all this winning yet? Trump is destroying the very fabric of everything that was good about the USA.

When you say "bring it" are you referring to his daughter's company's manufacturing facility?

Trump, the brilliant military strategist, has given a heads-up on his Syria plans:

" "Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and 'smart!,'" Trump tweeted. "  https://www.cnbc.com/2018/04/11/trump-issues-threat-after-moscow-vows-to-shoot-down-missiles-in-syria.html

The results were predictable:

" The Russian military has reportedly gone on high alert in anticipation of a potential U.S. attack on the forces of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, a Moscow ally accused of using chemical weapons in a seven-year civil war. "  https://www.yahoo.com/news/russia-responds-trump-apos-military-172922094.html

Wouldn't you love to play poker with Trump?  "I've got a crap hand, so I'm going to try to bluff a win.  Get ready for it you guys."

I have just been chatting with a close friend who is a serving 3 star. He is not US, but said he is absolutely livid on behalf of all the Chiefs of the armed forces that were sat at Trump's table yesterday. They will all bite their lips and (along with their men and women) do their duty for country and corps, but they will truly despise Trump.

I think Trump should follow Ryan quickly and declare that he will not seek re-election, it would save the Republicans an extra 20 years in recovery time.

"Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria. Get ready Russia, because they will be coming, nice and new and “smart!” You shouldn’t be partners with a Gas Killing Animal who kills his people and enjoys it!"

And a hour or so later

"Our relationship with Russia is worse now than it has ever been, and that includes the Cold War. There is no reason for this. Russia needs us to help with their economy, something that would be very easy to do, and we need all nations to work together. Stop the arms race"

He's mad it's official

All the supporters on here must have changed their mind now and if you say no you are lying or you are Mad as well.

There is no Debate now He is clearly a raving lunatic.

Ryan to run against DT in 2020?  One line: "little Eddie Munster..." and the crowd will go wild and Ryan's out of the race.

Yet you replied.

Anyone who "chats" with 3 star generals wouldn't be posting on this flea-bag forum with people like me anyway.

There is literally no way a serving 3 star general would talk about Trump or policies to you, and if you were talking to 3 stars, you wouldn't be posting about it on here.

OPSEC is serious business to military personnel.

Now I don't agree with Trumps tweet at all, but your post is a bunch of baloney.

The lunatic is the one releasing chemical weapons on innocent women and children hiding underground in an attempt to survive the bombing going on overhead.

You clearly haven't seen any of the Douma videos and pictures. They are absolutely sickening.

I dont agree with Trumps stupid tweet but dont lose focus on whats happening in Syria. Its insanity over there.
