Where is the quintessential IT Mall in Chiang Mai?

 

I'm looking for a Panthip Plaza (Bangkok) or IT Mall (Sriracha) where there are several floors of PC motherboard vendors, where I can buy hard disks, RAM, graphics cards, CPUs etc.

There's Panthip Plaza in the night bazaar area, the computer section has shrunk to about 1 floor. There is also Icon square on the North section of the moat. Two malls there, the mall under the parking structure has a selection of vendors that sell gaming rigs and accessories.
