Just know if it was here, they would all come out of the Thai police station on the Pattaya road, sigh a huge thanks, then get arrested and thrown back in prison for a relieving smoke on the beach. This is just young kids being silly, perhaps a little culturally insensitive - this is also a handful of Police who are widely known for being extremely corrupt attempting to profit.
