You may not want to hear this, but there's no proper evidence of kombucha doing anyone any good.

It probably won't harm you either, but it's a waste of money.

Again, kefir won't harm you but as a "probiotic" isn't a lot of use as there are at least 1,000 documented species of microorganisms in the human gut, and kefir will only deliver a few at most.

Totally agree  as a stand alone pro-biotic however ....... :) 

 

 Kombucha, I just like it and it helps me with digestion.

 

Kefir - This is a replacement to milk/yoghurt as I have a lactose issue and this is removed during the fermentation
