So begun to study at a university here about a year ago. And while I'm not nearly as hyper and can keep myself rather calm during the long lecture sessions I still find it very hard to actually focus on what's being taught.
I have tried some alternative supplements such as l-tyrosine which actually seemed to help for awhile, but then I either didn't do anything at all or I became weirdly overstimulated with even less focus than before, so I gave up on that. I have also tried piracetam after reading conflicting result but unfortunately it doesn't seem to do much.

While I lived in Sweden I got concerta and then ritalin while young, but as far as i know these medicines are usually only prescribed to kids? Would they still work on me today? And if so are they available here? And if not is there any good alternatives that could help me get through these 3 years of school and actually give every lesson the attention it deserves, cause this surely is the last time I will give studying a try.
I live close to Siriraj hospital but I'm not really sure where I should turn to get the help needed, so if anyone has some similar experience or the knowledge of where I should turn it would surely help.
Thanks in advance.
