Why exactly did you get your "certificate of registration"?

If you were to read a post he did later you would see that he got the certificate back in 2005.

It could be that it was not required back then to get a passport.

Getting the certificate is each person's choice now since it is not mandatory.  Nothing wrong with getting one but not as easy now since the embassy no longer does them.

What certificate are you talking about? My main point is that it's not, and never has been a birth certificate, as Bill wrongly said, as having two is impossible.

He has already acknowledged it is a birth registration certificate.

I am certain many people may wrongly call a it birth certificate which is not that big a deal.  There is really no reason to keep harping about.
