Koh Samui THA Midnight Run 2018 – Saturday, March 24th 2018

 

 

The 6th Edition of the Koh Samui THA Midnight Run 2018 is confirmed and will depart & finish from the Reggae Pub in Chaweng Beach on Saturday, March 24th 2018!

 

We would like to thank all the sponsors of the 2017 edition & congratulate you one more time for the great performance of reaching 989 runners, represented by 45 hotels and offering together great new grounds and gardens to the children of the special needs school. Please discover the pictures here attached & one more time congratulations to all the sponsors, helpers, supporters and runners!

 

This year we are aiming at welcoming more than a 1,200 runners and the proceeds of the event will be towards the new school canteen for the children of the school. We look forward to welcoming all the runners  again massively, motivated, dressed up and ready to  support & party during this wonderful charity event. The event is the same as previous years: 

• Departure from the Reggae Pub
• Choice of 5km race or 10 km race
• Same sponsorship packages (15 000 Baht or 20 000 Baht) (all runners registered in any of the 2 sponsorship package are automatically in the Grand Raffle; the first price being a new Scoopy 1 Motorbike!)
• Extra single runner registration with Grand Raffle participation:    1000 Baht
• Extra single runner registration with no Grand Raffle participation: 500 Baht

• Package 1 is 15,000 Baht and offers 10 free runners registrations with Grand Raffle Participation + all media marketing
• Package 2 is 20,000 Baht and offers 20 free runners registrations with Grand Raffle Participation + all media marketing

 

Remark: A single registration form must be filled in by your HR Department for each one of the runners included in your sponsorship package. Additionally please ensure to fill in attached registration table with complete information.

• 500 Baht Single Registration Runner (without Grand Raffle Participation)
• 1000 Baht Single Registration Runner (with Grand Raffle Participation)
• 1500 Baht Single Registration on race day (with Grand Raffle Participation)

IMPORTANT: In order to promote the event fast & print the T-shirts with sponsor’s logos we need ASAP:

 

1. Your complete confirmation
2. The filled-in sponsorship form
3. The completed payment transfer (account details on sponsorship form)
4. A copy of the payment slip sent by e-mail ([email protected])
5. The Midnight Run DONATION BOXES placed at your receptions, one month before the event & send it back to Zazen Resort on the race day, March 24th 2018. Thank you.

 

Don’t forget that it is for a GOOD CAUSE & that the proceeds of the Charity Run will be offered to the Special Needs School and the Green Association of Koh Samui.
