The 20-year-old enjoyed a promising first senior campaign in 2015/16, making 30 appearances for Bolton and winning the club's player of the season award. This summer, Rob helped England Under-21s to victory in the Toulon tournament in France alongside Calum Chambers. You do know most pre-season matches are about fitness, right Bob? Playing Viking isn't about preparing tactics for a game against Liverpool.
