A man has threatened to file a complaint with the police in Hat Yai district against his neighbour for allegedly scattering ashes from burned joss papers on the front bonnet of his pickup truck parked in front of his house on Thai Arkhan road.

Phipob Chiarawongtrakul, the owner of the pickup truck, said Saturday (Mar 3) that as he was about to leave for work in the morning, he found the front bonnet of his vehicle was covered with ashes of burned joss papers.

He then went back into his house and examined footage of his CCTV system which showed a neighbor next door holding a container and then poured what was found to be burned joss papers on the front bonnet before walking back into his house.
