Why do they all come mostly to Pattaya, are the law enforcement there so slack?

You could take another perspective and consider that they are actively working to catch and entrap them in Pattaya as these results suggest. To believe these beasts are not elsewhere is wrong.

Anyone actually know the age of the boys?  Just read that 20 years old or under is illegal for prostitution in Thailand and classed as underage in that situation.  So the boys could have been 20 years old.. which is hardly a crime.

So before 'branding the guy with hot iron as a pedo on his head', or 'crushing his head in a vice', hanging him from a tree and burning him, people might want to understand he may not have been forcing sex on children at all.

Seems strange they would not state the age of the boys if they were really children.

You read wrong. The minimum age for prostitution in Thailand is 18.
How can there be a legal age for prostitution in Thailand if prostitution is illegal?
It isn't. Prostitution in Thailand is regulated under various pieces of legislation. Paying for, and selling, sex is not illegal per se. Underage prostitution is illegal.

If we start to see the law as a replacement for morality then we are crossing a line. Consent is the word here, haven't understood there wasn't any. That's why I want to know the age. >15? then Mind your own business.

Pattaya is not unique for these issues but many people ignore this fact just to smear Thailand and Pattaya in particular. We obviously  condem abuse but the UK is far worse than Thailand with mass grooming going on for decades with the collusion of the police.  Just Google Rotheram or Rochdale. Sexual slavery is a major issue in the USA as is narcotics but Thailand gets the heat.  I think it's a form of Racism.

When it comes to underage (and that age is 18 when prostitution is involved) then legally the boy/girl CANNOT give consent (as per the law).

you have to see the lack of logic in this statement.

you mean to say a 15 year old can give consent if he/she dont get paid,

but cant give consent if he/she get paid ?!

Correct. It is part of the UN Child Rights to which most countries including Thailand have signed up to. Children under 18 cannot give consent to have sex for money.

Incorrect! If the boy/girl is aged 15 and above they can lawfully consent to sex. It is only if there is a financial incentive for performing the act, that it becomes illegal. So 15, 16 and 17 year olds can engage in sex as long as they are not being paid for it.

You should recheck those laws before you find yourself in a prison.

If the young person consents, but changes his/her mind after the act, they are entitled to file a complaint of rape.

Or if the parents object, they are also entitled to file a complaint. And you would have an added charge of luring a child away from their parents. There was recently as case, that the girl lived in a relationship with an older boy for 1 year .

They broke up and the parents and girl filed a case against him.

So read carefully, yes they can consent and unconsent anytime afterwards.

You are guilty by the law.

Best stay with the 18 year olds eh.
