I rented 4 apartments, condos or houses before eventually buying a house. Only one landlord kept any of my deposits and that was only about 1/5, as I recall, so he could paint a wall behind the washer and dryer area. I/we always left the accommodation as clean or cleaner than it was when I/we moved in. So no, it's not a national past time. -

Among the electric scooters you can remove the speed limiter by cutting the limiting wires is the Joyor brand scooters, Zero 8, Zero 9, and Zero 10X electric scooters. After you open up the deck casing, simply get a pincer and cut the white cables. I didn't watch it all but I thought Vance was able to show he is intelligent and not that weird and in my opinion not that unlikeable as politicians go. That might help him and Trump. Of course an online search can make the reality of Vance look pretty bad. One thing that might hurt Trump is people will see that a civil and reasonably sensible debate is possible and see in comparison how poor a candidate Trump is.
