Handy man recommendation

Hi, 

 

Do you have any recommended a handy man? Since I just bought a condo, I will need a nice handy man in contact for house repairing from time to time. 

Right now, I will need to install water heater in the shower booth, (unfortunately, my husband and I cannot figure it out....) 

 

Any recommendations, thanks! 

 

ps - Speak basic English would be a plus :)

Your best bet would be someone that works for the condo

 

They all have some workers on staff for maintenance and repairs and you would know where to find them if something goes wrong with the work  you had  done

And here I was just about to suggest the OP narrow their search from the whole of Thailand to that of just the town the condo was in. But you're idea is good too.

Ask them if  they know what the earth wires  for when they install your water heater
