Thai GF coming to Europe with baby. Letter of consent from me?

Hello fellow TV members!

 

Hopefully the Thai GF is coming to France very soon. She was just granted a 90 days Schengen visa.

She will be travelling with our baby who is Thai/French and has my family name. I am in Europe waiting for them.

We are in the process of getting a Thai passport for the child, so he will leave Thailand on his Thai passport...

 

I start to worry, will immigration in Suvarnabhumi Airport want some paperwork from me to allow the kid out of the Kingdom??

 

I am planning to send a copy of my passport and a little letter in English, but obviously i cannot go to the Amphur to do paperwork...

 

Any comments appreciated.

My Thai wife and son travelled to Holland twice. Our son has my last name and Thai pp. Wife only carried Thai pasport and birth certificate. No documentation from my side.
