A 22 year old Thai woman sent sent her mother a letter saying she intended to commit suicide.

She then went to a private rifle range in Muang district of Surat Thani.

There she bought 20 9mm bullets and started firing. When she had two left she turned the gun on herself, an action that was caught on CCTV.

But she was not dead after suffering a wound to her right temple. Staff rushed her to hospital and called the Muang district police.

Police were told that the woman is called Chanidapha and had been coming to the range for the last three days.

The mother had contacted the cops to help with locating her after receiving the suicide note.

Sanook said she was taken to hospital in a critical condition but had no update on her condition thereafter.

No words can comfort this tragic event.

RIP

(recover in peace) for the posting police.

22 and trying suicide, sounds like something serious happened and she

did not want to live anymore. Hope she recovers.

Geezer

Where is instructor? Normally there should be instructor next to shooting person. None in cctv

perhaps the bullets did not get a vital organ?
