Can anyone please advise me as to a Company that can install a new  false ceiling in a small room in the Pattaya area? Thanks!

+1 but need a ceiling contractor to install complicated, large high ceiling and is capable of using SHERA ceiling board. As far as doing a small room a premium price has to be expected. If simple job most regular contractors can do. Thank you. MS.

Thanks for your advice . Yes I understand a small builder could do it, but what a problem it is finding a small builder to do any work at all! I also have plumbing work to be done, but cannot find a builder anywhere? Any advice please?

OP, a quick google search for pattaya builders, pattaya renovations etc, brings up lots of results for local builders and construction companies. Some old Thaivisa threads were people have asked the same questions.

Your Condo or moo baan office, Thai friends and neighbors,  can probably give recommendations. 

Go and talk to the guys doing local building, you dont have to look far for a shop/house thats getting built/renovated.
