Been Thailand many times and I'm thinking of investing in some property in Khon Kaen. I know that the land will need to be in my wife's name as I am unable to own land in Thailand. I would appreciate if anyone knows of any reputable builder in the Khon Kaen area. Budget region of £30K+. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi Issanpaul,

The guy I am using near Chum Phae (about 70 km west of KK) is proving to be trustworthy and reliable. I could ask him, usually these guys dont mind traveling a bit.

I will be talking to him next week and scope him out if you want.

You could try S.L Young Construction. They are based in Kranuan, Khon Kaen, and could help you with your project. Just do a google search on their name because they have a website somewhere.
