Aaron Chalmers has a foul-mouthed message for the people who doubt his MMA career because of his Geordie Shore past.

The tattooed hunk, 30, quit the show this year after nine series of boozing and partying with his pals in order to concentrate on his fighting career.

And while he says he doesn't have any regrets about taking part in the hit MTV show , it's clear he doesn't have time for people who think it means he can't be a successful fighter.

Aaron is getting ready for his next big fight, which will be broadcast live on 5 Spike on Friday from 9pm.
