Popular Post cgphuket
What I love about Thailand is the lack of political correctness that simply hides the truth. For example; Nigerian = criminal 97% of the time. Thailand proves that racial profiling works and is accurate. 6

Popular Post ChiangMaiLightning2143
Think for a minute. Have you EVER seen an African (not a black Frenchman or African American etc.) at a tourist oriented place?A Temple, museum, cultural event, attraction such as Tiger Kingdom or water park, etc, a tourist oriented expensive restaurant, buying things in a pricy Mall or Topps market? If I ever accidentally ever make eye contact with a black person on Sukhumvit they immediately beckon suspiciously. Even the students and 2nd rate “international footballers” here sell drugs. 2

It's funny, people on here say "why aren't they targeting white teachers in these stings?" We know why, because the chance of them being up to no good is so much lower. Even if they're here on a fake degree (which you obviously don't actually need for tefl anyway), they're still just getting on with teaching and trying to keep their heads down (and probably better for the kids than fully qualified Filipinos). To answer your question, YES, I have seen scores of Africans at those places you mentioned. Your post insinuates that you consider Africa to be a country. Well, FYI, it's the second most-populous continent. I'm an African and I do visit those aforementioned places. Although there are criminals from the continent living in the Kingdom, there's a multitude of law-abiding ones like me -who you've never seen nor met. Your stereotypical conclusion to that any black person you make eye contact with on Sukhumvit 'beckon' suspiciously is ridiculous. When you make generalized statements like "even the students and 2nd rate 'international footballers' here sell drugs", that speaks a lot about your mentality towards black Africans. 2 1
