I've applied for an e-visa, however it's not allowing me to pay with my wife's cc card. After emailing for help several times I get the same response:

"We have checked in our system already and you have no payment yet.
Please contact to you

Besides being unclear, the info seems wrong, as the FAQs say only CC payments are accepted.

Any help is much appreciated, most of all I don't want to user a full passport page. Even if I have to go the Cambodian embassy for payment that would be preferable.
Thanks!

AFAIK the only way to pay is online. Certainly cannot be done at the Embassy, they have nothing to do with the evisas.

Are you sure you entered all the info on the CC correctly?  If so, need to check with the CC company to see if they are denying it for some reason. As the evisa service is stating payment has not gone through.

Might also check the website to see if there is a paypal option...I don't recall if there is or not.

Thanks Sheryl. The problem is it seems the cc card must be in my name, there is no field to enter the holders name. So I was unable to use my wife's card.

That would certainly explain it. If there is no field for cardholder's name then it is automatically entering yours.

Does it accept pay pal? If so you could set up a pay pal account in your name with her card (I think...)
