Since when does a President joke about a regime that kills its enemies; starves a large portion of its people; murders family members and sells drugs and counterfeits currencies to keep income coming in. NKorea is  in reality an abomination that is condemned by most of the World.

 

I gave Trump credit for being able to execute a meeting  with Kim and diffuse a nuclear showdown.  However, Trump is now being his usual narcissistic self- coddling rogue regimes; stating Kim is on the road to being a 'friend'; indicating America can now rest easy as the nuclear poker has been won by the US and is over.

 

While all of  Trump's 'jokes' are making the rounds-  his Attorney General is allowing children to be separated  from their parents and placed in separate internment camps while their status is being adjudicated.  And to make it even more ludicrous is stating The Bible allows  him to do it.  Trump could immediately stop this inhumanity but instead praises Kim; attempts to denigrate the Muller investigation and conducts an impromptu news conference.  Then he starts a trade war with China- denigrates  the other members of the G-7 group- all American allies.

 

I agree with Trump on simply the fact that the problems he outlines are legitimate but his solutions are simply wrong and is causing a United States that  is  going to end up with few friends for  the US. His solutions to everything is confrontation when he can't get his way.  This is not negotiation- it's  bluster and force and he uses it to extreme.

 

I really believe Trump and Kim think alike and Trump wishes he could control Americans in the way Kim controls NKorea.  Never going to happen Comrade Trump- your days are numbered.......the final joke will be on you.

I believe he was being absolutely serious about wanting to be president for life, and about wielding absolute power over his "followers".
