You could try 'Ensure'. Most Tesco's will have it. Chocolate, vanilla, strawberry flavours. 400 baht for 400gms

just fyi they arent quality meal replacement. It's basically shit whey protein with shitty vitamins that absorb badly and some sugar.

 

Nothing in there to keep your brain and body healthy, it just keeps it alive and degenerating.

For most, the best way to "SLIMFAST" is to stop drinking alcohol. but as your member name is "Osmar" and maybe alcohol isn't a factor, perhaps ease off on the falafel.  ?

Exercise more, eat less animal fat and carbos ( rice, bread, pasta) = SLIMFAST

They were giving samples to try at Mission yesterday. Tasted nice but the nurse said it was for osteoporosis.

Mix some oats, a bit of fruit, egg whites, and milk in a blender and pop a multi vitamin once a day... much cheaper, more nutritious, and better tasting.
