its a longshot but I saw a nightclub in Bangkok online and now I have gone and lost it? Right it was around 500-700 a drink, was in a tower building and played house music with a resident D.J from U.K? Posh seats with a good view over Bangkok. It may have started with S...not to sure. It had a photo on the website with two guys in black and white stood in the club? Looks nice anyways.

Anyone have any ideas as I wanted to go on my way through Bangkok...

Could be Sirrocco on top of State Tower. It's about 300 Baht a drink though, not quite the 500-700 you quoted. I don't think anywhere in Thailand has drinks which are that much!

looks cool, but that is more of a restaurant. It is a club that I am after...

I went to a club up Sukhumvit 33 or something and that was 500-600 thb a drink, forget the name, house music quite small, like a cave style entrance.

Yeah, State Tower has few high-class establishments in it, a good place to go for a classy night out. As long as you have a healthy bank balance though...

Had a vodka-tonic at Spasso the other day. 389 Baht. Hotels seems to have added an additional 10% (E-tax?) on top of the 10% service charge and 7% VAT. Cheers!

I noticed the E-tax when having a drink at the 87 club in the Conrad Hotel.

Something like 400-500 Baht for a UK beer in the club, still full of freelancers. Thumbs down.
