Hi I am a British national who as been married to a thai national for nearly three years. We applyed for a visit visa for my wife to visit england and was refused. Now on the reasons for being refused which was sent back with all her passport it refers to me as her boyfriend and not her husband as was put in the application along with supporting documents, ie- marriage certificate and my wife's change of name certificate. What I am trying to find is a number or email address where I can make a challenge to the decision as they have obviously made a mistake and mixed up the fact that I am her husband and not her boyfriend, any help much appreciated.

Is it just a typo, or have they refused her because of this mistake?

To advise you best we need to know exactly what the refusal notice says in full.

Can you post it here?

If so, as this is a public forum you should remove all names and other identifying information.

As 7by7 suggests if you could post a copy of the refusal, the the personal details redacted, that would help us offer advice.

Do you live in Thailand together as a married couple, that would certainly make a difference?

Did your wife supply details of her ties to Thailand, that would really be essential if she was applying to visit a partner, spouse or even a boyfriend who resides in the UK?
