If attackers are indeed living in the UK as asylum seekers / dual citizens after serving their entire sentence should, if legally possible, be deported.

If they are asulum seekers/ dual citizens, and are found guilty,don’t expect them to be deported on completion of thei prison sentence. That’s not how the system works.

A claim contrary to evidence that criminals are deported after completing their sentence, so long as they do not face the likelihood  of death upon returning to their home country or deportation in breach of Section 8. Some appeals will be successful, some not.

If they are none UK Born citizen then convict, imprison and deport.Its the only way to restore order. If not born UK or have been there before age of 14 then they are Foreign.
