Five men charged over acid attack on three-year-old British boy

 

(Reuters) - British police on Wednesday said it charged five men for a suspected acid attack on a three-year-old boy in the English city of Worcester.

 

The five men were charged with "conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm", West Mercia police said in a statement:

The men will appear at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday morning, the police said.

 

The boy was taken to hospital with serious burns to his arm and face after the incident at the Home Bargains store in Worcester, central England, on Saturday.

 

"He has since been discharged but the long-term implications of his injuries are unknown at this time," West Mercia police said.

 

The police had arrested https://bit.ly/2JQ2oUW the fifth man in connection with the on-going investigation on Tuesday and said it believed the incident to be an isolated one without a wider risk to the public.

The guy was an asylum seeker as was his wife ,and the 3 who actually did it are not British either,so sad for the little boy ,not his fault , but i am so glad i grew up when i did ,not now in the sh-thole that the govts have allowed my poor country to become .

Kid scarred for life and life is what all 5 should get, and I mean life. Just find one cell that holds all 5 and one toilet and keep them all together there until they all die of natural causes. They can sit all day telling each other how big brave and wonderful they are.

What were the "legal reasons" that prevent the police from naming the defendants?

These attacks are horrendous and if the victim/s survive often life changing injuries. These attacks are not only carried out by members of the Muslim community. From the article below dated 07/2017 it appears UK criminal legislation has yet to catch up with this type of crime; hopefully new law/s can quickly be enacted, with suitably harsh sentencing provided.

If attackers are indeed living in the UK as asylum seekers / dual citizens after serving their entire sentence should, if legally possible, be deported.

It breaks my heart to see the muslims taking over Britain and it's government does nothing. Canada is right behind. News out of Toronto is just the start of the cult of islam killing infidels.  A great many men died for a different Britain.

Welcome to stone age Brittan your acid chucking nerve agent experience awaits.

Terrible course of events. Shows me even if you have the tightest gun controls in the world if people are bent on hurting others  they will just find another way ie knives/acid/hammers/vehicles. Where I'm from (Canada) they have tough gun laws also but sharing the border with the U.S. negates those measures. We've had our share of knife attacks also plus the ol run people down in the street method. If the hate is there people are pretty resourceful.

As if it's not depressing enough that anyone would deliberately cause such harm to a three year old child..... the boy's father is reported to be one of the sub-species (i.e. less than human or animal) responsible for the attack ☹️.

What did amuse me was in one report i read ,someone said they thought the attacker was a "white" man . but i suppose they are just not British white men  by the looks .
