Pattaya beach "back to being a major tourist attraction": So where are all the tourists!?

It may take a while for the word to get out about the "Pattaya Experience" but once the truth does get out it is hard to reverse. Then when tourist arrive and realize that they are swimming in sewage....all downhill from there. Tough to execute a money grab when there is no bait on the hook.

Yes love, of course.

lol they have and am not entirely sure what you are attempting to claim

Arrival numbers are up year on year now a lot are not what pattaya saw and wanted 20-30 years ago but tourist arrivals they certainly are

Very enticing...I'm sure all the tourists are just itching to go swimming in the "green pea soup"

Looking at the above photo. there appears to be little or no activity on the beach.

I wonder why ?

In their zil to 'clean up' the beach they throw the baby out with the bath water, overdone rules and regulations, too many restrictions of what people can do and can't do... loosen up the rigid attitude, let people feel comfortable on the beach, allow controlled and licanced beach chairs and merchandise vendors ply the beach,

let them feel that they are having a holiday and not in a place where there are more don't than do's....

Coming from China I am sure they feel more free here than in their country of more don’ts than do’s

Ja ja. Pattaya and all Thailand are choking in a trash. Polution its high, traffic jam its more from year to year. Rise prices every 3 months and Less contents in a goods. THB it's enormous high vs EUR/USD. That way it's less turist and expacts from west UK, EU, USA.

In Malaysia, prices  are not rises from 3 years. And nature is clean and more green.
