I've gone there twice, once for MRI and once for bone density scan. A number of TV members have as well. It is the least  expensive option in Bangkok other than possibly government hospital but they have long waiting lists so most people are referred to private imaging centers like this.

 

The only issue with private imaging centers is that it is more dangerous than a hospital if contrast media is used, since a small number of people have serious adverse reactions to it. However for cervical spine no contarst is needed.

 

They will provide a CD of the MRI so you can take it to a specialist to read.  Wherever in Thailand you get an MRI, the radiologist report is of limited value and a good ortho will ignore it and read the films himself.
