Hilton Hotel but don't know about the music.

I don't recall the exact price but I believe it was 3000+ per person at Hilton last year.

  • I never been to Pattaya on NYE. But the information from second hand is good enough to stay with this custom. If you like to be crammed in masses, unable to even walk away in reasonable mann

  • Christmas/New Years is the absolute worst time to be in Pattaya imo.  People who live there leave or stay far away from the tourist areas.

Roads to Pattaya were already over crowded today on 30th, and it will be worst tomorrow 31st. It is the same situation every year. It seems that you are not living on the same planet.

I came down on the bus yesterday (29th), took two hours, perhaps half an hour quicker than a usual working day. Bus station was mobbed though, both ends. I repeat my earlier comment - the serious traffic is that heading north and north east.

Not at 5PM when I drove here from highway 7, quite quiet in fact. Today might be mayhem, although google maps shows just the usual traffic right now:

Good for you, walking is good exercise. You're doing your body a favor.

you sound like a very bright and happy chappie..??  more like a dumbell....

Don't take it personally , I am somewhat of a health freak myself. I prefer walking or bicycling instead of taking the baht bus. I have walked from Naklua to South Pattaya many times.  It's good for my health , I don't expect anyone to follow my example, especially here in Pattaya.
