My UK courier has let me down and our documents will not arrive in time for a UK visit visa appointment. My gf applied online using the new visa4uk digital service, we logged in to change the date but have received no confirmation of the new appointment. Has anyone else changed dates and were there any issues at vfs in Bangkok.

You change it yourself online, using the calendar to select a new date,  and reprint the new appointment letter.

We didn't receive a new appointment letter, they usually get emailed after completing the application but when you change dates you get nothing.

Unless you are on a different system to me you print off the appointment letter yourself. You can change the appointment date at any time and reprint a new letter.

 

As I say, you may be using a different system to the Visa4UK that I am using:-
