I would be grateful for advice as to how I can obtain a visa to visit the Philippines.  I know that I can enter the country for up to 30 days without one, but I would prefer to have a Tourist visa.  Is it possible to get one from the Philippine consulate in Bangkok or as a UK citizen, do I have to make application in London.  If it is possible to obtain from Bangkok, what is the time frame please
