This morning I became guarantor for my Thai wife on her mortage for our (well, her) new house (95% over 27 years, from UOB).

I'm also guarantor for my wife - all our paperwork has been done and dusted this week and we've just moved in. UOB, 90% over 19 years. Wife has no income.

Same here with UOB, indeed as guarantor only :o , 95% of appraisal value over more then 20 years. Make sure you select a decent project, 2 years WP at reputable company, pay taxes, wife has standard job.

Took less then 2 weeks and ended up getting some leftover in my pocket as well.

no problem
