Bumrungrad seems to have the  lion's share  of really good endos (among private hospitals). This one is very good:

US trained and US Board certified, very thorough and comfortable involving the patient in discussion and decision making. I use her myself.

 

For ENT can you clarify type of problem as there are sub-specialties. Inner ear/vertigo vs sinus etc.

Squeak in ear when I move my jaw sideways. Probably eustachian tube but want to check it out while I'm back in Thailand.
