Hello,

As you guys remember immigration don't wanna do visa extension based upon my work permit. They recommend me; go Kota Bharu and apply Multiple Entry Non-B visa after that every end of the 90 days go border just stamp and come back to Thailand and no need to apply work permit or teaching license again.

1)Is that possible to get Multiple Entry Non-B visa from Kota Bharu? My work permit until 9 march 2019. So that's mean 6 months 30 days. Am I ok with Multiple Entry Non-B visa?

2)What are the requirements? Is there any link that I can check?

Thank you!

I don't think they will issue a multiple entry non-b visa for teaching. Their requirements are here.

I suggest you contact them about it.

Immigration said can but I'm pretty sure they have no idea.

I asked Jim in Penang yesterday. He said cannot because you have less than 6 months work permit but actually from now until 9 march 2019(I have a 7 months 5 days work permit)?

If cannot. Is that possible? Every 3 months apply Single Entry Non-B until march 2019?

You could get single entry non-b visas back to back to stay until March.

It's so funny. I asked Thai Visa Advice page on Facebook many people told same as you. You cannot. Only company director's etc. can get Multiple Entry Non-B visa and you need at least 8-9 months work permit. I asked Jim in Penang he also said same.

Really Thai immigration don't know about this and almost send me wrong place? Also when I was in Ministry of Education today, they said same yes yes you can make multiple entry lol

Seems like only choice apply single entry non b til march
