Yes she is but if you look at Mr. Unsworth's hair in that post #1 photo versus from pictures from a few months back that post #1 picture could have been taken 7 years ago.

Not sure if Vernon has yet to initiate legal action.  After Musk made the initial allegation he, Musk, commented that Vernon seemed unwilling to litigate. 

 

I'm sure it would be an expensive process, but if Vernon feels confident that the comments were unfounded, I'm sure there would be a gaggle of lawyers offering to take on a suit with only a percentage of the win to pocket (as well as some fame for themselves)
