The national police spokesman has expressed concern after a 50-60 year old unidentified man was found floating in the Chao Phraya river under the Phra Nang Klao bridge in Nonthaburi.

The corpse - wearing just a short sleeved red and blue shirt - was missing its genitalia and liver, kidneys and intestines.

The man, dead for 8 to 10 days, was believed to be 165 cms tall. He was found on Saturday.

National police spokesman Pol Col Krissana Patanacharoen said that national chief Chakthip Chaijinda was taking a personal interest in the case demanding that the investigation is carried out properly by Ratanathibet police.

The corpse had wounds to an arm but the cause of death is yet to be determined at Thammasat Hospital.

TIT. Maybe the organs are now used in traditional cancer curing medicine after the herbal stuff didn't show the expected results, or they are essential part of ceremonies to please evil spirits.

Someone was cheating on someone.

Or someone was caught raping someone else's child?

Clear case of organ trade.

Edit: Could also be some locals who made "The Silence of the Lambs 2".

50-60 seems too old for the organ trade

Who would pay good money for organs that old lol

Given all the other reported crimes, the police chief is only interested in this one? A drowned man whose genitalia have been removed... Makes you wonder what he does when he's at home of an evening...
