Use an normal modem in your comp. The Dialup Modem has two prts, 1 for Line in and 1 for thr phone. If you on the Internet and someone will call you, the phone will ring. But you need to have: 1. ADSL and 2. a Microfilter (Splitter) in your line.

The Microfiletr has 3 port: 1 for Line in 1 for Modem and 1 for phone. So, Line in is your incoming phone line, Modem is going to the ADSL Modem and Phone is going to the phone.

That's all.

I use 1-2 call GPRS (B200 per month for 60 hours) plugged in with my mobil phone in USB port, I can make and receive calls simultaneously whild I am on line.

Some analog (dial-up/56 k) modems support internet call notifcation but you need to have call waiting enabled on your fixed telephone line. This actually allows you to put the internet call connection on-hold and answer the incoming voice call. Otherwise the calling party will hear a busy signal, provided you are on-line.

With ADSL you do have simultaneous voice and high-speed (broadband) data on a single fixed telephone line.

Simultaneous use of voice and data on a GPRS/EDGE connection via a mobile phone varies by phone model. Many user's guides recommend against doing this (answering the call may cause the GPRS session to drop), even though it might work most of the time. You will get a missed call notification so you can always call the person back.

If ADSL is not available or cost prohibitive, GPRS/EDGE is a very cost effective solution if you purchase a monthly recurring package, as there are no associated calling charges, the data rates are better than dial-up and there are no ISP per minute fees. Of course you need a GPRS and/or EDGE capable phone.
