Business real estate agents?

Hi,

 

We are looking for an reliable real estate agent that can help us find a small business to buy/lease in Phuket, preferably in or around Kamala area.

Can you help with advice?

Lots of "for lease" signs in and around Kamala.

 

Are you looking for an existing business or just the space?

There are literally hundreds of small businesses for sale around Phuket, most of which are for sale for a very good reason: they are not losing money. Look at Facebook, Baht and Sold, online ads and, as Coconut Kidd says, just drive around and you'll see for sale/lease signs everywhere. If you still fail to find something, then consider an agent.

 

I note this is your first post on TV. If you haven't, do your research, look at some of the  posts in this forum, then if you haven't given up the idea don't invest more than you can afford to lose.

Hi and thanks for reply Coconut Kid!

We are looking for an already existing business. But we don't mind if it needs some work.

We are not in Thailand at the moment, so driving around isn't an option right now.
