No

AirAsia seems to suffer from routine flight delays as the day progresses. They have built in very short turn-around times in order to maximize the time aircraft are in the air. This works out OK if everything is perfect, but a 5 min. delay on the first flight of the day can quickly compound into an hour or more delay at the tail end of the day. This might be a problem if you had to pay crew for OT, or worry about union rules, but of course it is not for a LCC like AirAsia.

So expect delays but not necessarily because of a specific airport's operations.

Having said that, a few weeks ago and for just one day, one of two runways was closed at BKK for part of the day. This necessitated significant holds (aircraft flying around in circles) and diversions of some eleven aircraft to UTP (U-Tapao). (Interesting the flights weren't diverted to DMK?) However I have not heard about any more issues like this.
