You need an affidavit from your embassy that you are free to marry.

Then you need it translated to Thai and get the translation affirmed by the MFA (ministry of foreign affairs)
Good translation companies offer the affirmation process for a fee.
 
 
Poor sucker have read the link you provided before i posted my initial post iam asking about my decree absolute from the uk and what will be excepted by the British embassy ie a certified copy or what as it states if you dont have original you can get copy from wherever then says they will only accept an original, contradictory and confusing. Also another member worral posted on another thread that a rule change this june means that the decree absolute has to go to the fco 8n milton Keynes then to the thai embassy 8n London to be confirmed (whatever) all seems very confusing hoping someone here can clarify this while situation
