My parents are arriving in Thailand for the first time next month and I want to print off a sample visa on arrival form to help them out.

Because they arrive by cruise I wondered if the form will be different to the white/blue landing card we complete when flying into BKK ?

Thanks in advance.

British and stay is 13 days.

They will have no need for a visa on arrival. UK subjects qualify for visa exempt entry. All they need to complete is the regular TM6 form.
