No, there was simply no weather warning. Any of the old threads on this will show you that.

Unfortunately, it seems that Thai authority does want to re-invent the wheel and is incapable of or not willing to learn from others. Therein, sadly, lays the problem! :coffee1:

There is no evidence. A old boat and a untrained captain Somchai. Along with a overcrowded vessel and huge seas.
