Furious couple in Nonthaburi put up for sale sign "To Get away from the Neighbors"

A couple in Nonthaburi were so furious that their neighbor kept parking in front of their drive that they put up a for sale sign.

 

It said: "Selling for 3.5 million or renting for 8,000 baht a month. To get away from the neighbors". 

 

Whether this was an empty threat or not seems to be a moot point as police have fined the lady neighbor who has promised to be better in the future. 

 

Phanee,55, and Manit, 33 had been having a long running feud with Kingkaew, 60, who lives opposite in Soi 3 of the Phopsuk estate in Pak Kret. 

 

Kingkaew kept parking outside the couple's house meaning they could't get their car out.

 

Manit was so infuriated he put up the sign, reported Sanook.

 

But now the estate management and the cops have got the warring sides together. Kingkaew was fined 1,000 baht and has promised to clear her garage area so she can park inside in the future.
