Jomtien vs Pattaya bus to BKK Airport

Featured Replies

How much time should I expect these buses to take to get to the Airport? Do they take the same route and about the same length of time?

I happen to stay right in between the 2 stations (Pattaya Nua, and the Foodmart in Jomtien) and will take whichever is most convenient.

Far sooner take Ekkami bus,get off end of flyover Market Place mall, get taxi 120 baht straight into airport, far quicker,...if u have bags the driver will let you keep it at the door, seeing its first stop before ekkami

Same route, I use the jomtien service the blue bus.  If you have fri sat sun flight leave 7hrs before flight or other times 6hrs.  People have missed their flights due to traffic.

Pattaya bus = Bell Bus?

Same route and 1:50 hour if traffic is easy.

And Bell bus higher price includes the price for pickup by minibus whether you want to use it or not.

But convenient if you travel with baggage.

"far quicker"

How far can this work out compared to a bus going nonstop on motorway 7 to the departure hall.

I once used the Ekkamai bus from Bangkok and don't fancy to do again.

Going the other way....no hold up until approach to BKK, absolute no hold ups this way, plenty of people go this way,and depends how far you are from jontiem,... buses from Nua every 20 mins or so
