Be wary of an Australia claiming they are a JP and can perform their duty in Thailand.
Firstly, they can not, and secondly, check them out on the JP register anyway, just to see if they are full of sh*t or not.
Here's the NSW register. Enter his name and scroll down. He should come up, but even if he does, he can not perform any JP duties in Thailand.

met an English "teacher" from Phil in Thailand. got a 13-year-old pregnant back home, I guess it's OK if married. He fled, but then his story got confusing. yeah, that was enough for me to wonder what goes on there.....and here.
Last year I had a link to a website that monitored the water level in the Chao Phrya (sp) river. I can’t seem to find it this year. Does anyone have the link to that website?
