how to know what moderator is online?

If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see what members and Mods/Admin are present.

 

Alternatively you can PM directly if you know the Mods name.

The names in RED are Mods.

Load forum home page and check bottom list of people online - moderators will be in in red with those near the top most likely to be active.
