Try choice foods. They used to be in Kata but now on Theppasatri Rd near the Heroine monument.

They get all their fresh stuff Fridays so I suggest go there then. 

I'm nearly certain I saw that on the list of meats.

Better to call them before driving up there. 

Usually they have them at the outdoor evening Thai markets. Get there early for the best choice.

you want to get them on the morning fresh market, as they most likely slaughter the night before.

I second that.  Saw them on sale at two pork stalls at Kata evening market (every Monday and Thursday).  You can also try the Kata permanent market opposite the large 7/11 store on the main road.
