Not a very well thought out OP.

The 800K required does not reflect the minimum one can exist on, but the minimum the government considers a foreigner needs to live in Thailand without becoming a burden to the Thai system if things go wrong for the expat.

No emoji846.png probably fair to assume I'm paying more than you do though, I'm not complaining, happy to pay that amount to live the lifestyle I want to live, I perspired enough working to get where I could retire in comfort, be damned if I am going to have any more unnecessary sweaty days now :shock1:

I live in a 3 bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms, 4 aircon units in central Pattaya and I don't pay half of that...I wonder what your lifestyle is then... ????

 ????  no complaints - ????

What are you on about? CWG was talking about his ONE house not three. And 2500 for electric for three properties is very cheap.

As for 3200 for two internets.......you are being ripped off.

comparing my bills for 3 houses to his one at 6,000 and the 3,200 includes electricity for 3 houses internet for 2 so not a rip-off, make that 3,300 total including the water bills for all 3 including one that is a shop,

so electricity 3

water 3

fibre internet 2

3,300

Sorry mate, I mis-read your post, thought the internet alone was 3200..
